Bekendtgørelse om ændring af bekendtgørelse om Danske Lægemiddelstandarder 2014.2

§ 1

I bekendtgørelse nr. 16 af 7. januar 2014 om Danske Lægemiddelstandarder 2014.2, som ændret ved bekendtgørelse nr. 781 af 25. juni 2014, foretages følgende ændringer:

1. I bekendtgørelsens titel ændres »2014.2« til: »2015.0«.

2. Indledningen affattes således: I medfør af § 52 i lov om lægemidler nr. 506 af 20. april 2013, og § 19 i lov om krav til kvalitet og sikkerhed ved håndtering af humane væv og celler (vævsloven), jf. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 955 af 21. august 2013, fastsættes:

3. Bilag 1 og bilag 2 affattes som bilag 1 og bilag 2 til denne bekendtgørelse.

§ 2

Stk. 1. Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den 1. januar 2015.
