ADDENDUM DECISION ADOPTED BY THE BUREAU on 22 October 2024 following a request for interpretation of Article 11(1) of Part III of the Code of Conduct
In compliance with Rule 12(8) of the European Economic and Social Committee Rules of Procedure, the Bureau agreed on the following interpretation of Article 11(1) of Part III of the Code of Conduct: the Ethical Committee could receive complaints only from European Economic and Social Committee members and employees.
