THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/128 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 January 2019 establishing a European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 337/75, and in particular Article 4 thereof,
Whereas:
(1) By Decision of 28 March 2023, the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Management Board of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training for the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2027.
(2) A seat as member in the government representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Morten HOLM-HEMMINGSEN.
(3) The Government of Denmark has designated a candidate for the vacant seat,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Mr Torben SCHUSTER is appointed member of the Management Board of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training in place of Mr Morten HOLM-HEMMINGSEN for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 31 March 2027.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
