THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Commission Decision 2009/705/EC of 14 September 2009 setting up European Consumer Consultative Group, and in particular Article 4 thereof,
Whereas:
The mandate of the current members of the European Consumer Consultative Group expires on 18 July 2016.
Therefore, it is necessary to appoint new members and alternates for a three year period, on the basis of the proposals put forward by the Member States and the European Consumer Organisations,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
