Pursuant to Article 9(1), point (a), of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87, the Explanatory notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union are amended as follows: on page 289, point 3. of the Explanatory notes to Chapter 70, General, is replaced by the following:
3. for doors (excluding glass shower doors of heading 7020), windows of buildings, etc. (headings 4418, 7610, etc.).
on page 294, the following explanatory note is inserted: Other This subheading includes all types of glass shower doors, panels or enclosures, including those with partially or fully framed sections. See also the HS classification opinions 7020 00/1 and 7020 00/2.
