Slavyanska 29 Sofia Bulgaria Date, entry into force and nature of the decision With the decision of 23.11.2006, the Sofia City Court opened bankruptcy proceedings in respect of MZK Evropa AD. The Court's decision must be executed immediately, regardless of any appeals lodged against it. With this decision, MZK Evropa AD is declared insolvent as of 28.2.2005, bankruptcy proceedings are opened, the insurer is declared insolvent, an insolvency practitioner for the company is appointed, the general foreclosure and sequestration of the property of MZK Evropa AD is ordered, and the liquidation and distribution of the debtor's property included in the bankruptcy assets are ordered to be commenced. The Court's decision is published in State Gazette No 6 of 19.1.2007. There is a two-month period, starting from the date of publication of the decision, during which the creditors of MZK Evropa AD are to address their claims to the company's insolvency practitioner.
