Imports of certain welded tubes and pipes of iron or non-alloy steel originating, inter alia, in Ukraine are subject to definitive anti-dumping duties, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 1256/2008 of 16 December 2008. The Ukrainian exporting producers OJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant and OJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant are subject to anti-dumping duties imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 1256/2008 of 16 December 2008. On 29 May 2013, the two companies informed the Commission that their names have changed due to a legislative change in Ukraine. This change has affected the abbreviations of the legal form in the denominations of the two companies as follows:
OJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant was renamed as PJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant, and
OJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant was renamed as PJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant.
The Commission has examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name does not affect the findings of the Council Regulation mentioned above. Therefore, the reference to OJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant should be read as PJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant in Regulation (EC) No 1256/2008, and the reference to OJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant should be read as PJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant in Regulation (EC) No 1256/2008. The TARIC additional code A345 previously attributed to OJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant and OJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant in Regulation (EC) No 1256/2008 shall apply to PJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant and PJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Production Plant.
