EUROPA-KOMMISSIONEN HAR —

under henvisning til traktaten om Den Europæiske Unions funktionsmåde,

under henvisning til Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) 2018/848 af 30. maj 2018 om økologisk produktion og mærkning af økologiske produkter og om ophævelse af Rådets forordning (EF) nr. 834/2007, særlig artikel 46, stk. 1, og

ud fra følgende betragtninger:

(1) Bilag II til Kommissionens gennemførelsesforordning (EU) 2021/1378 blev vedtaget for at opstille en liste over kontrolmyndigheder og kontrolorganer, der er anerkendt i henhold til artikel 46, stk. 1, i forordning (EU) 2018/848 som kompetente til at foretage kontrol og udstede økologicertifikater i tredjelande med henblik på import af økologiske produkter til Unionen i henhold til artikel 45, stk. 1, litra b), nr. i), i nævnte forordning.

(2) I artikel 46, stk. 2, i forordning (EU) 2018/848 fastsættes de kriterier, som kontrolmyndighederne og kontrolorganerne skal opfylde for at blive anerkendt i henhold til artikel 46, stk. 1, i nævnte forordning. I Kommissionens delegerede forordning (EU) 2021/1698 fastsættes de proceduremæssige krav, som disse kontrolmyndigheder og kontrolorganer skal opfylde, når de forelægger Kommissionen deres anmodning om anerkendelse, og som består af et teknisk dossier.

(3) Siden gennemførelsesforordning (EU) 2021/1378 blev vedtaget, har Kommissionen modtaget anmodninger om anerkendelse fra en række kontrolorganer, der er indgivet i medfør af artikel 46, stk. 4, i forordning (EU) 2018/848.

(4) Kommissionen har i henhold til artikel 1 i delegeret forordning (EU) 2021/1698 modtaget og behandlet anmodninger om anerkendelse fra bio.inspecta AG, Caucascert LLC, CCPB Srl, CERES Certification of Environmental Standards GmbH, CERTIMEX, Certificadora Mexicana de Productos y Procesos Ecologicos S.C., Control Union Certifications B.V., Ecocert SAS, ECOGLOBE LLC, FOOD SAFETY S.A., IMO Control Private Limited, Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH, Mayacert S.A., Organic Control System LLC Subotica, Organic Standard LLC, Servicio de Certificación CAAE S.L.U., Southern Cross Certified Australia Pty Ltd og Tse-Xin Organic Certification Corporation. På grundlag af oplysningerne i de tekniske dossierer finder Kommissionen, at det er berettiget at anerkende disse kontrolorganer på ubestemt tid for visse kategorier af produkter i visse tredjelande.

(5) Gennemførelsesforordning (EU) 2021/1378 bør derfor ændres.

(6) Foranstaltningerne i denne forordning er i overensstemmelse med udtalelse fra Udvalget for Økologisk Produktion —

VEDTAGET DENNE FORORDNING:

Artikel 1

Bilag II til gennemførelsesforordning (EU) 2021/1378 ændres som angivet i bilaget til denne forordning.

Artikel 2

Denne forordning træder i kraft på tredjedagen efter offentliggørelsen i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende.

Denne forordning er bindende i alle enkeltheder og gælder umiddelbart i hver medlemsstat. Udfærdiget i Bruxelles, den 21. juni 2024. På Kommissionens vegne Ursula von der Leyen Formand
